  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  5. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the peach filling.
  6. Trim and crimp the edges of the pie crust.
  7. Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
