  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Assorted fruits
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
