Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 4 equal squares.

In a bowl, mix together the imitation crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Place a spoonful of the crab mixture onto each puff pastry square.

Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, sealing the edges.
