  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 4 equal squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the imitation crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture onto each puff pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with beaten egg.
