Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Bananas
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
