  • 4 piece Apples
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Apple pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core the apples, leaving the bottoms intact.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, butter, raisins, chopped walnuts, apple pie spice, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the cored apples.
  5. Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
