Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spaghetti
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Grease a pie dish and press the spaghetti mixture into the dish, forming a crust.
  8. Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti crust and spread evenly.
  9. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  12. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
