  2. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, chopped broccoli, grated sweet potatoes, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the patties with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
