The Margarita pie is inspired by the popular cocktail, Margarita. It combines the flavors of lime, tequila, and triple sec in a creamy and refreshing dessert.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add lime juice, tequila, triple sec, heavy cream, powdered sugar, lime zest, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
