In a bowl, mix together the apples, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and cornstarch.

Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture onto the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.

Brush the egg rolls with melted butter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
