Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Angel hair pasta
  • 250 gram Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1.5 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the cooked pasta to the egg mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Grease a baking dish and spread half of the pasta mixture evenly on the bottom. Top with half of the meat sauce, followed by half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Repeat the layers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
