In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the crumbled bacon and grated cheddar cheese. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
