Ingredients
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts
  • 1 package Pie crust
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add sautéed onion and garlic, artichoke hearts, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese to the egg mixture. Stir well.
  5. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Pour the filling into the crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and set.
  7. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
