  • 2 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  6. Gradually add the cornmeal to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  7. Stir in the corn kernels and cooked beef mixture.
  8. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pie is set.
  10. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
