Ingredients
  • 1 cup Apricots
  • 1 cup Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 sheet Pie crust
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the apricots, peaches, sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles.
  3. Place a spoonful of the fruit mixture onto each circle.
  4. Fold the circles in half and seal the edges.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  6. Fry the pies until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
