Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour mini bundt cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with applesauce. Mix until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared mini bundt cake pans.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cakes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
