  • 1 cup Pie Crust
  • 4 large Apples
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, oats, brown sugar, chopped almonds, and vanilla extract to make the tosca topping.
  6. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust and spread the tosca topping evenly over the apples.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
