  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together sliced apples, chopped rhubarb, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the apple rhubarb mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the filling with butter.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Trim and crimp the edges.
  7. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
