  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  5. In a small bowl, toss the sliced apples with flour and brown sugar. Arrange the apple slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Dot the top of the pie with cold cubed butter.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for 2 hours.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
