Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of 2 bread slices.

Layer the sliced apple on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle cinnamon and powdered sugar over the apple slices.

Top with the remaining 2 slices of cheddar cheese.

Place the remaining 2 bread slices on top, buttered side facing up.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
