  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, cold
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter in the loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
