Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.

Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spread apple pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the apple pie filling.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edges to loosen the cheesecake. Allow it to cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
