Apple Pie Caramel Cheesecake
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
-
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to create the crust.
-
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, and continue beating until well combined.
-
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon half of the apple pie filling on top and swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and apple pie filling.
-
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
-
Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.
-
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
-
Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
