  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold cubed butter until crumbly.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture on top. Repeat with the remaining batter and streusel mixture.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Slice and serve.
