  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Add the sliced apples to the bowl and toss until coated.
  6. Transfer the apple mixture to the pie crust.
  7. Dot the top of the apples with butter.
  8. Drizzle the brandy over the apples.
  9. Roll out the remaining pie crust and place it on top of the apples.
  10. Trim and crimp the edges of the pie crust.
