  • 1 cup Pie crust
  • 4 large Apples
  • 2 large Pears
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, sliced pears, lemon juice, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the apple-pear mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the apple-pear mixture.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
