Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Fold in the chopped nuts and diced apples.

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter for the glaze. Stir in the brown sugar and cook until the mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in the milk.
