Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 4 medium Apples
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Mixed berries
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the apples, grapes, mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut into strips.
  7. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern on top of the pie.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Brush the egg wash over the pie crust.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
