Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.

Peel and core the apples, then chop them into small pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, flaxseed meal, and water.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.

Fold in the chopped apples.

Transfer the batter to the greased cake pan and smooth the top.
