Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken thighs until browned. Transfer to the crock pot.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrots, and apples until softened. Add to the crock pot.

Sprinkle flour over the ingredients in the crock pot and stir to coat.

Pour in the chicken stock and milk, then add the frozen peas. Stir well.
