Ingredients
  • 300 gram Apples
  • 200 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk.
  7. Fold in the sliced apples.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool for 20 minutes before serving.
