Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 1.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Apple butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Evaporated milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, apple butter, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and evaporated milk. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-45 minutes or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
