  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the apples, mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the pie with small pieces of butter.
  6. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into strips.
  7. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie using the pie crust strips.
  8. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the top of the pie.
  9. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
