Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix and granulated sugar.

Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Fold in the mashed bananas, diced apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
