Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Orange juice
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the lemon juice, lime juice, and orange juice.
  5. Spoon the meringue mixture onto the crust, spreading it to the edges.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the meringue is lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 hours.
  8. Top with whipped cream before serving.
