Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 200 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Grate the cheddar cheese and sprinkle half of it over the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the pie is set and golden brown.
  8. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
