Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Canned pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup Maraschino cherries, drained and halved
  • 2 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream, shredded coconut, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and maraschino cherries.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
