Ingredients
  • 2 ounce Pie crust
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a small pie dish.
  3. Peel and slice the apple, then toss with sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  4. Place the apple mixture onto the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the apple mixture with butter.
  6. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut into strips.
  7. Create a lattice pattern on top of the apple mixture with the pie crust strips.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
