  • 1.5 cup Pie Crust
  • 3 cup Peaches
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 beaten Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, almond extract, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  6. Dot the pie with butter.
  7. Cover the pie with the remaining pie crust or create a lattice pattern.
  8. Brush the top crust with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
