Ingredients
  • 2 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Almond slices
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle almond slices on top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
