  2. In a bowl, combine the fruit mince, gluten-free flour, vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
  3. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out circles using a round cookie cutter.
  5. Place the circles into a greased muffin tin.
  6. Fill each pie with a spoonful of fruit mince.
  7. Roll out the remaining dough and cut out smaller circles to use as pie lids.
  8. Place the lids on top of the pies and press the edges to seal.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow the pies to cool for 30 minutes.
  11. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
