Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the cooked pasta.

Grease a baking dish and spread half of the pasta mixture evenly on the bottom.

Pour the meat sauce over the pasta layer, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Top with the remaining pasta mixture and sprinkle more cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
