Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon Lime zest
  • 0.5 cup Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime zest, and lime juice. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 hours at room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Cut into bars and serve with whipped cream on top.
