  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Boiling water
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
  5. Pour the boiling water evenly over the batter.
