Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.

In a blender, combine the okara, tofu, and agar-agar powder. Blend until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the okara-tofu mixture, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
