In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold cubed butter until crumbly.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture on top. Repeat with the remaining batter and streusel mixture.
