Flaxseeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flaxseed meal, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries and chopped walnuts.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
