Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.

In a separate bowl, whisk together key lime juice, key lime zest, coconut milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and sea salt.

Pour the filling mixture into the cooled crust.

Bake the pie in the oven for 12 minutes.
