In a pot, bring water to a boil and add beef brisket. Cook for 30 minutes.

Remove the beef brisket from the pot and thinly slice it.

In the same pot, add rice cakes and cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the garnishes by slicing green onions, mincing garlic, and cutting seaweed into thin strips.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.

Heat a non-stick pan and make thin omelettes with the beaten eggs. Roll them up and slice into thin strips.

Add the sliced beef brisket back to the pot with rice cakes.

Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
