Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add the onion, carrots, peas, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Meanwhile, peel and dice the potatoes. Place them in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, then drain and return to the pot.

Mash the potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
