The first accidental creation of this dessert happened when he took out a chocolate sponge cake from the oven too early. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in short intervals, stirring until smooth.

Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking continuously.
